Alphan Christmas Tree. The Alpha Sigma Phi helps spread the yuletide cheer in the UERM community with this annual tradition. A giant Christmas tree is erected in the Hospital parking lot during the Lantern Parade week and officially lighted during the Lantern Queen Program sponsored by our sisses from the Phi Alpha Sigma Sorority.

Alphan Gathering. A yearly reunion to get acquainted and re-acquainted with all brods past and present. Frequently, it is also held along with our sisses.

Mock exams. Each year, the fraternity holds tutorial sessions and mock exams for first year medical students to help them prepare for the practical exams given by the College of Medicine.

Medical Missions. Held year-round, the fraternity organizes medical missions around Metro Manila as well as other provinces in the Philippines. These missions bring free medical and surgical services to indigent communities in the country.

Aesculapius' Challenge. In this annual event started in 1999, pre-medical students from different universities in Metro Manila vie for school and individual honors in a quiz competition.

Red Hot & White. Battle of the Bands Contest started in 1993 under then GA Dennis Pahud. This much awaited event continues to draw audiences from the UERM Community as they cheer amateur bands from the Colleges of Medicine, Physical Therapy, and Nursing.
